Terms & Conditions

1. General Information. Definitions.

The owner of Chalet Everest is “Everest” Ltd., UIC 101728109, located in the village of Banya, Razlog Municipality.

A Main Guest is the person specified as such during booking and later accommodated at Chalet Everest. If that person does not check in, the Main Guest becomes the person registered at arrival, provided they accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Direct Booking Policy.

Direct bookings can be made on-site, by phone, or via the booking form on our website.
When you inquire by phone or online, we will send you written confirmation of availability, prices for your requested dates, and the deadline for paying the booking deposit.

To secure a booking, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total stay cost by the indicated deadline.

A binding agreement is formed once the deposit is paid.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. Failure to pay will result in automatic cancellation, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Bookings made within 21 days before arrival require immediate full payment.

We are not obligated to honor bookings without a received deposit (or full payment if within 21 days).

If a deposit is received late and overlaps with another confirmed booking, the deposit will be refunded (bank fees at the payer’s expense).

3. Cancellation Policy.

If you wish to cancel, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees apply:

  • More than 60 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit;
  • Between 14 and 60 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit;
  • 14 days or less before arrival: 100% of the full stay cost.

4. Guest Responsibility for Damages. Damage Deposit.

Guests are fully responsible for any damages caused to property, furniture, equipment, or facilities, whether intentional or due to negligence.

Repair or replacement costs are at the guest’s (or their parents’, if underage) expense.

An €800 damage deposit is required before check-in, payable by bank transfer or on-site by cash/credit/debit card.

Failure to provide the deposit may result in cancellation of the stay.

The deposit will be refunded within 15 days after checkout, less any damage costs.

Guests are liable for damages exceeding the deposit amount.
