General Rules
- Treat the house as your own home.
- Conserve water, firewood, and electricity.
- Take care of the garden – please do not pick the flowers or damage the vegetation.
- Maintain cleanliness and take care of the furniture and equipment.
Guest Registration
Registration of all guests at Chalet Everest is mandatory and is carried out upon check-in against a valid identity document (ID card or passport). Children under 14 years of age are registered with their names and Personal Identification Number (PIN), or their names and date of birth if the child does not have a PIN. The overnight stay of unregistered persons in the house is not allowed.
Processing of Personal Data
“Everest” EOOD is a personal data controller. Your personal data remains strictly confidential and is processed only in connection with the fulfillment of the established requirements of the Tourism Act, and in all cases, the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data is subject to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act, and our Personal Data Protection Policy, which you can read here.
Damage Deposit and Guest Liability
Tenants are liable for all significant or permanent damage they cause to property, furniture, and equipment. The costs for repairing or replacing damaged property are entirely at the expense of the persons who caused the damage or their parents’ expense if minors caused the damage.
- A deposit of EUR 800 is required before check-in. It can be paid by bank transfer before arrival or in cash/by credit/debit card upon check-in. Upon check-in, you will receive a document for the paid deposit.
- If a deposit is not provided, the reservation may be canceled.
- If you cause no damage, the deposit will be refunded within 15 days after departure. The difference will be refunded if damage is caused in an amount less than the deposit.
- The deposit amount does not limit the guest’s liability in case of damage exceeding the amount of the provided deposit.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: After 15:00 (local time)
- Check-out: Until 11:00 (local time)
- Late check-out interferes with cleaning and preparation for the next guests. A fee of EUR 150 per hour will be charged for delays.

Children
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The parents/guardians are responsible for the safety of minor guests.
Pets
We love animals, but due to guests with allergies, pets are not allowed in the house. Thank you for your understanding.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas (including cigarettes, cigars, vapes, hookahs, and other tobacco products). A cleaning fee of EUR 250 will be charged for violations.
- Smoking is allowed on the balconies and in designated outdoor areas – please use the ashtrays provided.
Quiet Hours
- To avoid disturbing neighboring villas, please keep noise levels down from 23:00 to 08:00 and 14:00 to 16:00.
- Complaints from neighbors resulting in the intervention of security or the police will incur a fee of EUR 200 for each incident.
Towels and Bathrobes
Towels and bathrobes are provided for your stay and must remain in the rooms upon departure.
- Missing towels or bathrobes will be charged at EUR 50 per item.
- If you wish to take a bathrobe or towel as a souvenir, we can provide you with brand-new ones at the same price.
Use of Fireplaces
The house has three indoor and one outdoor fireplaces, which were initially stocked for your comfort.
- Fireplaces are cleaned and restocked daily upon request for EUR 20 per fireplace.
- Please be reasonable with the use of firewood to conserve nature.
Lost Property
If you forget personal belongings, please get in touch with the staff within 15 days after departure.
- We can arrange to ship items forgotten in the house at your expense.
- Unclaimed items will be stored for up to 30 days.
